Each course is served in its own moment, paired and timed individually rather than delivered in sequence. A violinist performs live throughout dinner, while a painter works quietly at the easel nearby, capturing the table and the evening as it unfolds. You leave with both the memory of the evening and the finished painting, a one-of-a-kind record of that specific night.
Every detail is arranged in advance, so nothing is asked of you during the evening beyond being present within it.
